What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, town and postcode), the businesses you save, offers you claim and loyalty points you earn. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use it
To run your account, show relevant local businesses and offers, operate the NOUMIS loyalty scheme, and send the notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with businesses
When you claim an offer or redeem a reward, the business sees the information needed to honour it. Reviews are shown publicly with the name on your profile.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, plus optional analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@noumis.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless we are legally required to hold it longer.
