- Is NOUMIS free to use?
- Yes. Browsing businesses, claiming standard offers and earning NOUMIS points are all free. Membership is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks member-only offers and bonus points.
- How do NOUMIS points work?
- Points are awarded by the business when you pay. Most partners award 1 point per £1 spent, and some award more — the exact rate is shown on every business profile before you visit.
- How much is membership?
- £5.99 a month or £49.99 a year. There is no free trial at the moment, and you can cancel at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- How does a business check my membership?
- Staff scan the QR code on your member card, or type your member ID. They see a clear valid or not-active result — they never see your payment details.
- Do my points expire?
- Points may expire after 24 months of account inactivity, as set out in our terms. Using NOUMIS at any partner keeps your balance active.
- Which areas does NOUMIS cover?
- We're starting in Bournemouth and the surrounding area, and expanding as more independents join.
